There are so many areas to consider when buying a property, it almost impossible to list them all. Fortunately, our inspection reports are exceptionally detail-oriented, so that both you and the prospective client are provided with all the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding a particular property. We meticulously examine and record the condition of a property and its premises.

We provide complete building inspection and roof certification services for commercial, residential, and multi-family/apartment properties. It is our goal to ensure that our clients are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. We do this by providing the most accurate information possible regarding their potential real estate buy.

Our reports are some of the most comprehensive in the business, providing a quick reference grading system for each section, along with highly detailed notes and suggestions regarding any problems or concerns the inspector observes. We cover every aspect of a building, from the ceiling to the foundation and everything in between (electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating and air conditioning systems, etc.).

During the inspection, the inspector will enter his notes verbally onto a handheld tape recorder. Afterwards, the inspector will enter his grades and any other notes onto an Inspection Information Sheet. Then, the tape and Information Sheet are both turned over to our Project Manager who transcribes the information from the tape onto our Confidential Investment Property Inspection Report where each section of the building is delineated with its own grading section and area for observations made by the inspector. Once this is complete, a copy is faxed to the buyer (and realtor, if desired) and a hardcopy sent within a presentation folder via regular mail. Generally, most inspections can be turned around with 24-48 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the inspection itself.

A Bulldog inspection begins with the client or realtor verbally on-site and ends as a fully comprehensive, above industry standard, computer generated presentation.
